News : Scream 7 Release date revealed
Ghostface comes back: Three years after ''Scream 6'' a new chapter of the famous Slasher movie ''Scream'' begins. Finally, a fix release date was announced.
''Scream 7'' releases on the 27th of February 2026, way later than expected. In the past, the general public assumed that the new sequel would be released one year after its predecessor. No new news about the plot but many clues lead to the fact that the new sequel will be based on Sidney Prescott ( present in four different Scream sequels as well as the original one ) and her family.
Although ''Scream 7'' had a rough start ( fired the leading actress Melissa Barrera because of anti-Semitic accusations, loss of Jenna Ortega, and director Christopher Landon ), fans should still expect a great movie that goes back to ''Scream's'' roots with actress Neve Campbell ( Sidney Prescott ) and writer Kevin Williamson who wrote the original Scream.
