News : Teaser Trailer Revealed For 'The Monkey'
NEON released the official teaser trailer for the upcoming American supernatural horror movie The Monkey. The Monkey, produced by James Wan and written and directed by Osgood Perkins, is based on Stephen King's 1980 short story. The film features Theo James, Tatiana Maslany, Elijah Wood, Christian Convery, Colin O'Brien, Rohan Campbell, and Sarah Levy.
The Monkey is the second collaboration between NEON and director Osgood Perkins, who directed Longlegs which received critical acclaim and made over 108 million USD in the box office. Longlegs is NEON's highest-grossing movie to date, and the highest-grossing independent film of the year.
The Monkey's Principal photography began in Vancouver on February 5, 2024, and wrapped on March 22, 2024. The film is set to arrive in theaters on February 21, 2025.
